El Club de Radio Experimentadores de Baja California Asociación Civil, CREBC AC, es una agrupación fundada el 10 de Noviembre de 1935, reúne a personas que les gusta la radio afición como pasatiempo, y que poseen un permiso o que desean obtenerlo de la IFT, Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones, sus miembros se reúnen regularmente todos los lunes a las 1900 horas en sus oficinas situadas en calle Neptuno # 4535 de la colonia Angelica de La Mesa.         También se lleva a cabo un "Mercado de Pulgas" (Swapmeet), todos los terceros sábados del mes aquí mismo, donde llevamos artículos de comunicaciones y relacionados para su venta o intercambio, empezamos a las 1000 horas.

        El Club ofrece pláticas y apoya a los aspirantes con material escrito para estudiar los exámenes necesarios para obtener su licencia. Dos lunes del mes se utilizan para discutir sobre electrónica y experimentación.

EL Club tiene una estación con equipo de radio, antenas y computación actualizado a las técnicas digitales, patrocina también una conexión a Internet del sistema IRLP y otra al Echolink, además tiene socios en Ensenada, Tecate, Mexicali, en Puerto Peñasco, también en Los Ángeles y San Diego.  

Cuenta además con una larga historia de buenas relaciones con nuestros vecinos de
USA, en lo referente a coordinación de frecuencias, solución de problemas de interferencia
y en la participación en Convenciones.


        Durante Primavera-Verano, realizamos varios paseos de campamento  a diferentes
lugares de playa y montaña, donde hacemos prácticas de operación, e instalación de antenas
en situaciones de emergencia.

  Club de Radio Experimentadores de Baja California, CREBC, is an organization founded in November 10 1935. Members are Ham operators with license or people in the process of obtaining one. We meet every Monday at 1900 hours PST on our property at 4535 Neptuno street Angelica area, you can have more info or directions by writing to XE2SI. We also have a Swap meet every third Saturday of the month starting at 1000 hours, members and visitors bring Ham related items to buy, sell, or exchange.

  The club provides classes and documents to study the rules and regulations to become full member with license, two Mondays of the month are used for technical discussions and the other two administrative. We have members in Tijuana, Ensenada, Mexicali, Tecate, Rosarito, San Diego and environs. If you are interested to join as a sponsor member please let us know.

  We have an up to date installation at our Shack and also have a Repeater system that includes many VHF and UHF repeaters RF linked, covering the North of our state and part of South California. Also sponsor Nodes for IRLP, EchoLink and a Channel on IRLP Reflector. We do have a Winlink gateway with all modes on HF and packet on VHF. Plus many other VHF packet Winlink gateways, supporting both sides of the border.

  In the spring and summer we do a lot of camping, some in mountains and some at beachs, we invite people to experiment on building antennas in the field, the use of radio, and contacts on various bands and modes.

  We have long time relations with Hams the other side of the border attending ARRL Conventions, participating in interference problems and solving frequency coordination, we have been recognized by the City of San Diego for our participation on helping US citizens on the 1985 Mexico DF quake.

  The Club is known for its cross border support for emergencies and communications as needed. Cross border UHF system: 438.225 - 100 hz
